DiafrikInvest will participate in the SENEGAL LEADERSHIP FORUM

In order to facilitate the meeting of African talents from the diaspora with African companies in the making, Talent2Africa, the pan-African leader in executive employment, organises the SENEGAL LEADERSHIP FORUM, one of the largest BtoB events in Europe dedicated to Senegal on 5 July 2019 in Paris.

This event aims to promote quality encounters between talents from the diaspora and a delegation of Senegalese and multinational companies present in Senegal wishing to meet the best international talents. All these decision-makers come to share their vision and ambition for Senegal, within the framework of the flagship thematic conferences of the Emerging Senegal Plan (ESP), namely Energy, Industries, Infrastructures and Digital Transformation.

The diaspora at the centre of the DiafrikInvest initiative

A few days ago, the 2019 African Diaspora Forum brought together more than 2000 participants and speakers as well as all the team of DiafrikInvest in order to promote and highlight the importance of the diaspora in the African business environment.

Once again, by participating in the SENEGAL LEADERSHIP FORUM, the DiafrikInvest initiative is positioning itself in favour of diasporas through its international acceleration programme for three countries, including Senegal, which offers efficient individual or collective guidance for entrepreneurs from Senegal and from the Senegalese diaspora.

This 3-year program was recently extended until July 2020 by the European Union, which is co-financing the project. DiafrikInvest supports the talents of the diaspora to help them develop and create value in Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal (see our brochure).

Léonard Lévêque, project director of DiafrikInvest, will be present on this 5th July at the SENEGAL LEADERSHIP FORUM as a speaker to share his experience and will speak at the conference on "Financing start-ups and SMEs in West Africa: state of play", accompanied by Cheikh Thiam, Executive Director of the Senegalese Investors' Club, Karim Sy, Founder of Jokkolabs and member of the Presidential Council for Africa, as well as Jérémy Hajdenberg, I&P Managing Director and member of the Presidential Council for Africa.

Rendez-vous on July 5th at the Salons Hoche in Paris.
